By surveying local residents in Tompkins County, we’re hoping to better understand how the financial burden of residents’ energy bills affect their daily lives

The burden of paying these bills might be affecting other aspects of their lives, for example:

Reduced quantity and quality of household groceries

Unable to pursue needed medical care

Decreased ability to save money for emergencies
