WHY WE ARE COLLECTING THIS DATA AND HOW IT CAN HELP YOU
We are conducting this survey in order to get a better understanding of the financial burdens that energy bills have on the tenants of Tompkins County.
The results of this survey will be collected, analyzed, and presented to the local legislators to support our policy initiatives.
Having data on how high energy costs have hurt the community will help sway policymakers to consider our proposal for minimum energy efficiency standards and energy rating and disclosure.
